We review your event theme, color palette, and design direction. Your custom print template is built and sent to you for approval, along with a backdrop recommendation that complements your décor.

Setup & calibration

Our attendant arrives ahead of your event for full setup: lighting calibration to the venue, a live test print, and prop styling so the booth is guest-ready before the first person walks through the door.

Live operation

The attendant runs the booth for the duration of your package, directing groups, managing the print queue, refreshing props, and keeping the experience moving without any interruptions to the event flow.

Gallery delivery

Within 48 hours, every image is uploaded to a private online gallery. You receive a shareable link with no login or app required, so your guests can download their photos in full resolution at any time.

How much space does the booth require at the venue?

The open-air setup typically needs a footprint of approximately 10ft x 10ft, including the backdrop, camera stand, lighting, and print station. The 360° booth needs a larger circular clearance area due to the rotating arm. We confirm exact dimensions during the planning call once we know your venue layout.

Can we have our names and wedding branding on the prints?

Yes. Custom print template design is included with every booking. We incorporate your names, wedding date, monogram, logo, or any graphic elements that align with your invitation suite and overall event design. You approve the template before the event.

How long does it take to receive the online gallery?

Within 48 hours of the event for Classic and Signature packages. Prestige bookings receive priority gallery delivery within 24 hours. You’ll receive a private link with no login, no app, and no account required. Guests can download individual photos or the entire set at any time after the gallery goes live.

Is there a limit on how many times guests can use the booth?

No. Prints are unlimited for the duration of your package hours. Every person in a session gets their own print. There’s no per-session limit, no surcharge for extra prints, and no countdown. Guests can return as many times as they like.

Can you coordinate booth placement with our venue and planner?

Yes. We work directly with your venue coordinator and wedding planner to position the booth within the room’s floor plan and traffic flow. We communicate power requirements, clearance needs, and setup timing well in advance so there are no surprises on the day.

Can the photo booth be added to an existing DJ or sound package?

Yes, and most couples booking a wedding photo booth in SoCal add it to an existing Royaal package. When you book multiple services together, there’s a single point of contact, one combined setup coordination call, and bundled pricing. Everything runs on the same timeline on the day.
