Multi-day celebrations, one unified team

An Indian wedding is rarely a single event. It’s a Mehndi, a Sangeet, a Haldi, a Baraat, and a reception, sometimes spread across several days and venues. We build every plan around these traditions, so your families experience one coordinated celebration instead of five separate ones handled by different vendors.

Built for the Multi-Function Wedding
One crew, one equipment set, and one point of contact across your Mehndi, Sangeet, Haldi, ceremony, and reception, even when they span different days or venues.
Timelines That Stay on Track
Each event follows a detailed production schedule, with our team managing cues, transitions, and timing from start to finish.
Baraat Logistics, Handled
Live dhol, crowd coordination, and a sound system built to carry a moving procession from the street to the Milni.
Fluent Across Every Ceremony
Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Jain, or interfaith ceremonies, supported with the right audio, timing, and flow for each tradition.
Scaled for Big Guest Counts
Indian weddings often run 300 to 500-plus guests. Our sound, lighting, and crew are built to support that kind of guest count.
Backed by Full Insurance
Years of experience at Southern California’s major Indian wedding venues, with the licensing and insurance those venues require.

An Indian wedding DJ who knows the rhythm

Every celebration has its own rhythm. A Mehndi calls for warm acoustic folk. A Sangeet is a live show with family acts to cue in and out of. A Baraat needs a live dhol and a crowd in motion. The ceremony needs near silence at the right moments. The reception needs a Bollywood floor that doesn’t stop. We plan every transition before the wedding weekend begins, and our MCs communicate in Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, or Telugu based on your families’ needs.

Stage management for Sangeet family performances
Live dhol synced with the DJ for the Baraat entrance
MCs fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, or Telugu
Separate sound zones for functions running at the same time
Ceremony audio timed around pheras, saptapadi, and other ritual cues
Same crew and gear across every function

Authentic live music for every ritual

Live music at an Indian wedding isn’t background noise, it has a role at every stage: the dhol that pulls the Baraat down the street, the shehnai that marks the pheras, the sitar that fills a quiet cocktail hour. We book each musician for the moment they’re built for.

Baraat procession at an Indian wedding in Southern California

Baraat — बारात

The Baraat is one of the most electrifying moments of any Indian wedding. The groom arrives on horseback or in a decorated car, surrounded by his family and friends dancing to the beat of a live dhol. The street becomes a stage. The crowd becomes a chorus. We power the entire procession with a live dhol player, high-energy sound system, professional coordination, and perfectly timed music that builds excitement from the Baraat to the Milni.

The Groom’s Procession
The groom leads his family and friends in a dancing entrance toward the venue
बारात
Live Dhol
A live dhol player powers the procession, building from the first beat to a full street celebration
ढोल
The Milni
The formal meeting of the bride’s and groom’s families, a moment of garlands and blessings
मिलनी
The Sehra
The groom’s floral veil, a symbol of protection and celebration worn during the procession
सेहरा
Dancing Family
Relatives and friends filling the street with dance, color, and pure celebration around the groom
नृत्य
The Entrance
The culminating moment when the procession arrives at the venue and the two families unite

What our clients say

“From the dhol at the Baraat to the Bollywood sets at the reception, every moment was perfectly timed. Our families were impressed by how organized and professional the entire team was.”
Simran & Arjun — Indian Wedding, Irvine
“We had a Sangeet on Friday and the reception on Saturday. Royaal handled both flawlessly. They navigated our family performances, kept the energy up between acts, and delivered a late-night floor set that had everyone in tears of joy. Truly the best.”
Emily & Kabir — Indian Wedding, Los Angeles
“The lighting alone was worth it. But what set Royaal apart was the MC knowing exactly when to step back during our pheras and when to bring the energy back up. That cultural awareness made all the difference.”
Meera & Ethan — Indian Wedding, Anaheim Hills

Questions Indian couples ask us most

Planning an Indian wedding comes with unique considerations. Here are the questions we hear most before couples book with us.

Ask Us Anything
How do you handle a wedding with multiple functions across different days?

We build one production plan that covers your Mehndi, Sangeet, Haldi, Baraat, ceremony, and reception, whether they happen over one day or a full weekend, and whether they’re at one venue or several. The same crew and equipment travel with you throughout.

Can you run a Sangeet with family dance performances?

Yes. We collect a cue sheet and music list ahead of time for each act, provide monitor speakers so performers can hear the track clearly, and manage the transitions between numbers so the show runs without dead air on stage.

Do you provide a live dhol player for the Baraat?

Yes, and we coordinate the dhol directly with our sound system so the procession has full coverage from the street to the Milni.

Can you work with our wedding planner and other vendors?

Absolutely. We coordinate closely with your planner, venue, photographer, videographer, and other vendors to keep every event running on schedule.

How far in advance should we book your services?

We recommend booking 8–18 months in advance for peak wedding season. This ensures availability of premium venues, top talent, and sufficient planning time for custom elements.

Can we customize a package for a multi-day wedding?

Yes. Multi-function Indian weddings rarely fit a single template, so every package is adjusted for your specific number of events, venues, and guest count.
